Local-first by design
The information you enter, your medication, plan, daily check-ins, journal, is stored in your own browser on your device, not uploaded to a server by default. Clearing your browser data clears it; use Settings → Export to keep a backup.
When you create an account
If you sign up, your email and sign-in are handled by Supabase, and your taper data may sync to a private, row-level-secured database so it’s available across your devices. The security rules are written so only you can read your own rows.
Payments
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
The AI companion
When you chat with the companion, your messages and a short summary of your plan are sent to Anthropic’s API to generate a reply. Please don’t share anything you wouldn’t want processed by a third-party AI service.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your data, and we don’t run advertising trackers against your health information.
